Introduction

1. Product introduction

This product is made of molybdenum disulfide and polymer adhesive as the main materials, mixed with high-efficiency curing agent, film forming agent, etc. It has excellent high temperature resistance, wear resistance, lubrication and high adhesion. It can be coated on the surface of alloy aluminum, alloy copper, stainless steel, carbon steel, iron and other base materials. The coating film has the functions of temperature resistance, wear resistance, lubrication and self-repair of micro-pit.

Curing temperature: 80~160 ° C

6. Operation instructions

6.1. Surface treatment of base material

6.1.1. Degreasing: the oil stain on the workpiece surface and gap must be removed.

6.1.2. The base material needs to be sandblasted (generally about 100 mesh quartz sand is used, excluding special compact workpieces), and the surface roughness should reach about 10 microns.

6.1.3. Blow the sand and dust on the substrate surface with compressed air. If solvent immersion or cleaning is required, the surface liquid must be dried or dried.

6.1.4. The workpiece can be sprayed cold. If the workpiece is preheated at about 60 degrees, the effect will be better.

6.2. Preparation of spraying equipment

Before using the spraying equipment, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the relevant equipment, such as spray gun, spray pot or paint tank. The recommended cleaning process is as follows:

6.2.1. Thoroughly clean the equipment with diluent matching with the original paint to remove the residual paint and residue inside.

6.2.2. Use special diluent or other soluble solvent to repeatedly clean the equipment (cleaning for more than 2 cycles).

6.3. Preparation of coating

6.3.1. Dispersion: Before using the coating, mix for 5-10 minutes, add an appropriate amount of diluent according to the actual situation, and then measure its viscosity and make the coating liquid disperse evenly (diluent is not necessary).

6.3.2. Filtration: The paint entering the spray can must be filtered with a 100 # filter screen to remove the solids that may be mixed in, so as to avoid blocking the gun or forming particles on the surface of the workpiece.

6.3.3. Prepare the coating according to the expected amount, and pour the remaining coating into the special bottle instead of the raw material pot to avoid polluting the unused materials.

6.4. Paint spraying: select a spray gun with nozzle diameter of 1.0~1.5mm, spray pressure of 0.2~0.3MPa (2~3kgf/cm2), and control the distance between the nozzle and the base material to keep between 15~30cm during spraying.

6.5. Drying and curing: The sprayed workpiece should be placed at room temperature for 4~6hr, and kept for 20min when the heating rate reaches 80 ° C at 5 ° C/min, and for 30~60min when the temperature rises to 160 ° C.

6.6. Cooling method: after the workpiece film is solidified, furnace cooling is adopted for cooling. Please note that the uncooled film is in a soft film state, which is not easy to touch and collide, and does not have the properties described.

7. Precautions

7.1. The workplace must be well ventilated.

7.2. During the use of the coating, the container containing the coating shall be covered with a lid, sealed for use and storage.

7.3. This product may be unstable when the temperature changes. Please store at 5-30 ,

And the product shall be gently stirred or shaken regularly (about 1 month) at 20-30 to prevent sedimentation and condensation.

7.4. During normal spraying and back spraying, the surface of the workpiece must be sprayed and wetted, without drying.

8. Storage conditions

8.1. Keep away from direct sunlight at a temperature of 5~30 , and keep it for 12 months (unopened).

8.2. Package specification: 1kg, 5kg.

9. Waste discharge

9.1. It is recommended to clean the spray gun, spray irrigation and equipment with diluent. The diluent after washing can be filtered and stored for use when the viscosity of the coating is adjusted next time.

9.2. Do not discharge the paint and its cleaning residue into the waste water system, but put it into a special container for storage, and conduct professional treatment according to local and national environmental protection laws and regulations.

10. Emergency treatment

10.1. In case of leakage or overflow, please wash it with plenty of water.

10.2. If this product enters the eyes accidentally, immediately flush it with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. If you feel pain, please see a doctor immediately.

10.3. If this product comes into contact with skin, please wash it with water and soap, and seek medical advice immediately if you feel unwell.

10.4. If you feel uncomfortable after inhaling spray, immediately transfer to a place with fresh air and seek medical advice.
